Please note: We do not offer refunds, but you can return items within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange under the following conditions:

Received the Wrong Item
Oops! If we sent the wrong item, we’ll make it right and send the correct one your way — no worries.
Found a Defect
Each piece is made with love, and minor variations are part of the process. But if you notice something that seems off, send us a photo and we’ll take a look. If approved, we’ll arrange an exchange.
Size Didn’t Fit?
If the size isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to exchange it — subject to availability.
Important Notes:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 working days of receiving your order

Include your order number and reason for exchange
- Items must be returned in their original sealed packaging, or in other safe packaging to keep them protected.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item sent was incorrect or faulty.
